On December 21, 2016, Sioux Valley held their annual SVDN Off-Reserve Community Dinner in Brandon MB. in our high school gymnasium. We had so many attendees this year that the school had to make additional room available in the student lounge. We had well over the 150 people anticipated for this event, but those staff and volunteers we’re able to pull off a Christmas miracle and managed to feed all who came. It was a nice time for our off-reserve members to visit with family and friends who all call Sioux Valley their home. Santa Claus once again made a special appearance and brought some early gifts for the youth. It was a beautiful evening. Thank You to all involved in making this evening possible.
